1Definitions and scope

"BetVibe", "we" or "us" means the operator of betvibe.co.ke and its related applications. "You" or "the player" means the registered account holder.

These terms apply to every product on the platform, including casino games, BetVibe Originals, crash games and the sportsbook, together with any promotion rules published alongside them. Where a promotion's specific rules conflict with these terms, the promotion rules prevail for that promotion only.

2Eligibility

You may only use BetVibe if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and of legal capacity to enter a contract.
• You are accessing the service from a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful.
• You are not a self-excluded person, nor an employee of BetVibe or a relative of one.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person.

3Registration and account security

One account is permitted per person, per phone number and per household device. Information you supply must be accurate and kept up to date; we may suspend an account pending verification of any detail.

You are responsible for keeping your password and any one-time codes confidential. Activity conducted through your credentials is treated as your own. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may request identity, address or source-of-funds documentation at any time to meet anti-money-laundering and responsible-gambling obligations. Withdrawals may be held until such checks are complete.

4Deposits and withdrawals

Funds may only be deposited from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits are credited once confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals are paid to the M-Pesa number registered on your account. Withdrawals below the instant-payout threshold published on the withdrawal screen are processed automatically; larger amounts are subject to manual review.

Your account is not a bank account. It does not earn interest, and it may not be used to transfer money to another person. We may refuse or reverse a transaction we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, mistaken or in breach of these terms.

5Bets, acceptance and settlement

A bet is only valid once accepted by our servers and shown in your bet history. An acknowledgement on your screen alone does not create a valid bet.

Bets are settled using the official result of the event as declared by the recognised governing body or our published result source. Football markets settle on full-time results, being 90 minutes plus stoppage time, unless a market expressly states otherwise.

We may void bets affected by a palpable error, including obviously incorrect odds, a market left open in error, a bet placed after an event began, or where there is evidence of manipulation of the event. Voided selections settle at odds of 1.00.

Events postponed, abandoned or not completed within the period published for that market are voided unless the governing body declares an official result.

6Bonuses and promotions

Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device and payment instrument. Bonus abuse — including low-risk or opposite-side betting purely to clear wagering, coordinated multi-accounting, or arbitrage against our own markets — results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, without affecting bonuses already validly credited.

7Fair play and prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited and may lead to closure of your account and forfeiture of balances derived from them:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software or exploits against any game or market.
• Colluding with other players, or operating or funding multiple accounts.
• Exploiting a technical fault, pricing error or software defect rather than reporting it.
• Providing false information, or using payment instruments you are not entitled to use.

8Errors, malfunctions and interruptions

A malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game or market malfunctions, affected rounds and bets are voided and stakes returned.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by your device, your internet connection, or by events outside our reasonable control. Where a round is interrupted, the result recorded on our servers is final.

9Dormant accounts and closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance will be paid to your registered M-Pesa number after outstanding bets settle.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, on regulatory instruction, or where continued play is inconsistent with responsible gambling. Accounts inactive for an extended period may be treated as dormant and subject to an administrative fee where the law permits.

10Complaints and disputes

Raise complaints with our support team first, quoting your account number and the relevant bet or transaction ID. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 14 days.

Where a dispute concerns the result of a bet or a game round, our server logs are the definitive record.

11Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim is limited to the amount of the stake giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, regulation or our services. The current version is always published here, and continued use of your account after an update constitutes acceptance.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
